Born in 1973 in Rize, Özcan Halil Başaran completed his high school education at Rize High School. He successfully graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Gazi University, completing his academic education.
Özcan Halil Başaran, who previously managed the Dental Department of a private hospital in Antalya and has been running his own dental practice since 2000, continues to operate his private clinic and also provides services at our polyclinic with 26 years of experience.
