Born in 1973 in Rize, Özcan Halil Başaran completed his high school education at Rize High School. He successfully graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Gazi University, completing his academic education.
Özcan Halil Başaran, who managed the Dental Department of a private hospital in Antalya, has been running his own practice since 2000. He continues to operate his practice and, with 26 years of experience, he is still providing services at our clinic.
